About FWB Rentals

FWB Rentals started in November of 1995, just west of downtown Fort Worth, TX. James Russell started the company to provide electrical and mechanical contractors the ability to rent the specialty tools of their trade. Mr. Russell hired Darby Posekany in October of 1995 to manage the new business. In the next few years, the business grew to the point of needing a second location, so in November of 2001, a second location was opened in Carrollton, TX.

Even with the hardships of the economy after September 11th, the business continued to grow. With the technology industry booming in South and Central Texas, the decision to expand once again was made. In October 2009 we opened a third location on the south side of Austin, TX. In January of 2013, we had outgrown our original location in Fort Worth, so we moved to our current location on the east side of downtown Fort Worth.

This wasn’t the only location that needed more space. In March 2021, the Austin branch moved to a larger facility just south of Austin in Kyle, TX.

Today, we continue to provide superior customer service, and quality equipment every day, using the same high standards that were put in place decades ago.
